• What is Ultra Sharpie?

  It’s a King Size Sharpie equipped with advanced tech that lets you see what the spectator writes in real time on your phone.

• The paper is normal?
  Yes, it's plain paper, but it has microdot printing. Within the app, you'll find different PDF files that you can send to a professional print shop. This way, you won't need to buy refills of paper with microdots.
• Does it work on iPhone and Android?
  Yes, it works on both iPhone and Android. The app also includes ongoing updates and improvements based on new ideas and user feedback.
• What’s included in the package?

• Does it feel different? Is it heavier?
  No. The weight is almost identical to a regular Sharpie.
• Is the camera visible?
  The camera consists of two tiny holes near the tip of the Sharpie. Depending on the lighting, they are extremely hard to notice.

• How do you charge the battery?
  Ultra Sharpie charges easily and quickly via USB; you’ll have a full charge in just 30 to 60 minutes.
• How long does the battery last?
  It uses about 10% per hour if kept on and working. You can perform hours with the Ultra Sharpie on. Depending on the use, it could last weeks without charging it again.
• How do you refill the ink?
  Simply by applying a few drops of stamp ink directly to the tip, as shown in the instruction video.
• Does it connect automatically?
  Yes. Removing the cap turns it on and connects instantly. This can also be disabled for manual control.
• What if the phone is out of range?
  It has a 20/30 meter range. A dot on the writing screen indicates connection status.
• How can I buy it?
  Through this website, we use the Stripe platform. You can ask us about other payment options such as PayPal (a 10% fee will be added) or bank transfer (no fee)
• How do I know when the battery needs to be recharged?
  The app displays the battery percentage at all times.
• Does the battery need to be replaced at some point?
  It uses a lithium battery with a long lifespan, similar to a smartphone. It should last for many years.
• What type of ink does it use? Does it require frequent refills?
  We recommend using Pelikan Stamp Ink to refill your Ultra Sharpie, although you can also use other stamp inks. Depending on how often you perform, just a couple of drops should be enough for several performances.
• Does it require Wi-Fi to work?
  No. Ultra Sharpie connects to your phone via Bluetooth.
• Can I place the printed papers in a notepad or clipboard?
  Yes. You can place the microdot sheets wherever you prefer, including a clipboard or notebook. Just make sure the surface is flat and the sheet is not curved.
• Can I print more sheets? What type of printer do I need?
  Yes. The package includes PDF files in different sizes so you can print more sheets. Use a professional printing service; home printers are not suitable.
• Can I print business cards?
  Yes, you can print business cards of any thickness. You just need to print the microdot pattern on them.
• Is there anything to be especially careful with during use?
  As with any electronic device, you should protect it from strong impacts.
